By downloading our game, you accept this agreement and our Privacy Policy. Your relationship with Zhenudio will be governed by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Every time you download our game to your device, you enter into a new agreement whose terms apply to your use of this game. If you do not agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, you may not use or otherwise access the Services.

Certain limitations

The rights granted to you by this Agreement are subject to the following limitations: You may not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host or otherwise commercially exploit any Game; any copyright notices or other proprietary marks. Any future versions, updates and additions to the game shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement, unless otherwise stated in the terms relating to such additions. All copyright and other proprietary notices of any game content must be retained on any copies.

Amendments

Zhenudio reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Contest or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. You agree that Zhenudio shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of any game or any part thereof.

Title

The game provided to you is licensed to you, not sold. Zhenudio owns all rights, title and interest in and to all games, including all related intellectual property rights, excluding your User Content. This agreement is not a sale agreement and does not transfer any title to or in connection with any game to you.

LICENSE

By uploading, distributing or otherwise using your User Content in any game, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant Zhenudio an irrevocable worldwide license and the right to grant sublicenses to reproduce, Distribute, prepare derivative works, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use your User Content for the sole purpose of displaying your User Content in any game.

Feedback

If you provide Zhenudio with any feedback or suggestions ("Feedback"), you hereby assign all rights in the Feedback to Zhenudio and agree that Zhenudio has the right to use such Feedback and related information in any way it deems appropriate. You agree not to submit any information or ideas to Zhenudio that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.

Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zhenudio from any claims, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by third parties, such claims, actions, losses, damages, LIABILITY, COSTS AND EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF ANY GAME, YOUR USER CONTENT, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. You agree that you will not resolve any issues without Rollic's prior written consent. Zhenudio will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding after becoming aware of it.

THIRD PARTIES

You acknowledge and agree that the game's availability depends on the third party from which you obtained the game. You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Zhenudio, and has nothing to do with the App Store. The App Store is not responsible for games, game content, maintenance, support services and warranties, nor for any related claims. You acknowledge that the App Store is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and has the right to enforce this Agreement.
